As usual, I’m back in black and white! But, to brighten it up and possibly brighten up your Monday I threw on this bright yellow blazer. Mom picked the blazer up from the Splash store in Dubai because the collection and the quality of their pieces are much better than the pieces in India, unfortunately. Tends to be the case with a lot of brands which is quite unfair when most of these garments are made here and exported. I always think it’s not just about the cost it’s the idea that Indian consumers will make do with that because that’s the India mentality for the most part, dont you think?
Here I’ve restyled that long sleeveless jacket from Koovs again (See the previous look here). It’s a great piece because it can be paired with literally any look, formal or casual. But, I’d have been much happier if the tailoring and the quality of the fabric was better, to be honest. I know there are a lot of you who are avid shoppers at Koovs and were shocked that this was my first purchase.
I love playing dress up, but I’m a huge jeans and T-shirt kinda girl. So with this look I stuck to one of my favourite pair’s of jeans from the Gap and paired it white this lovely Bralette and long sleeveless jacket from Koovs. You already know this but, for those of you who don’t, throw on a pair of heels with you distress jeans and you can instantly go from street to chic!
What do you guys think of this look? Find all the outfit details at the end of the post.
Central’s been revamped and the shopping experience at their new stores are something else now. I’ve visited their store off Residency road, Bangalore, which they rightfully call the HD store for good reason. So, I was super excited to drop by their store at VR Mall in Whitfield, Bangalore that’s recently opened. They’ve got over 150 brands in store and have everything from Women’s footwear, men’s footwear, handbags, women’s western wear, women’s ethnic wear, youth wear, men’s formal wear, men’s casual wear and will be introducing cosmetics there too!
Last time we’d shown you where you could buy affordable artificial jewellery so this time around we wanted to help those of you who have some money to invest in jewellery or simply help the rest of you looking to spend it on some absolutely beautiful and modern pieces. Because Bluestone should be your go to then!
Not everyone can or would want to buy very expensive jewellery, right? So, we’ve found a great site where you can buy affordable jewellery online called Elvry. They have a beautiful range of earrings, necklaces and pendants which are embedded with Swarovski and Austrian crystals like the earrings and necklace I’ve got on.
Not all of us think of knitwear when we think of summer, right? Its because your wardrobe probably consists of only chunky knitwear that you can’t transition into your summer wardrobe. Or because you have no idea that you can find lightweight knitwear like I’ve got on from UCB.
There’s almost nothing more comfortable than track pants, right? So Prashanth and I decided to ditch our jeans for these super comfortable Breakbounce track pants and the vest and t-shirt making these the perfect street play looks for the summer. I’m in a complete Breakbounce look because women can pull off mens clothes too, don’t forget that! You can size up or down based on the look and fit you’re in the mood for or most comfortable in.
As much as I love my nude shades my go to when I want some colour on are reds and if not for that it would be pinks. So, I couldn’t help but pick these gorgeous shades of red and pink from DeBelle. Since, spring’s kicked in though I decided it’s time to experiment with a fresh shade like their Mint Blue which I’m really looking forward to trying.
