Only recently did I come across Zaabel and was honestly completely taken aback by how stunning their pieces are because they have the perfect designer jewellery for the modern Indian woman! They’ve got absolutely beautiful collections to cater to and really celebrate women. From stunning rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets with interchangeable charms and much, much more you’re going to find pieces you absolutely love because I sure did!
Athleisure is such a huge trend in India too, and for good reason! Fashion isn’t always about comfort, but this complete Bewakoof althelisure look is super, super comfortable! From the cropped white t-shirt, to the black joggers, to the bomber jacket, one can’t get more comfortable and still look fashionable and pulled together.
Wedding’s aren’t just an occasion to get dressed up and look our best. It’s a time when us girls get together and end up sharing and spending time together too, which is what makes the whole process that much more special. It’s a time when our friendships grow stronger and is a reminder that no matter what our relationships with those who matter will always stay the same.
This weekend was such a good change from most others, thanks to Zivame inviting me to host my first Lingerie Party at the Zivame store on 100ft road in Indiranagar, Bangalore. I invited a select bunch of girls to spend a nice afternoon with, where we talked, ate, played lingerie themed games, took the fit challenge and most of all enjoyed breaking away from our usual weekend routines. Making lingerie parties such a fun way to spend an afternoon over the weekend.
Like your basic T-shirts and tank tops, a denim shirt is also a must have piece in every man or woman’s wardrobe. It’s a piece for every season!
Denim shirts are incredibly versatile and aren’t just for those off-duty days. It’s a piece that can be dressed up to make you look ultra laid-back and chic or dapper. You can find them in different colors, styles and fits to match your body type and personality.
Can you believe we’ve had this top for nearly 10 years? I’d stolen it from Deepa’s wardrobe years back and I think this is the first time I’ve worn it. She’d picked it up on one of our holidays abroad and I remember falling in love with the print only years later because I was the biggest tomboy back then. All I ever wanted to wear were sweatshirts and baggy pants, can you imagine? Enough about that, let’s get into the outfit because I absolutely love dressing up for winters in Bangalore.
Statement earrings are a must have in any woman’s jewellery collection! Being Indian and more so South Indian I’ve always had a love for all things gold making statement gold earrings a must have in my collection too. These ones from Te Maya are absolutely beautiful and affordable which got me that much more excited.

“The purpose of art is washing the dust of daily life off our souls.”
A lot of artists create pieces to remind us that freedom of speech and art should be enjoyed by each and everyone one of us. This Bangalore St+art festival was therefore a beautiful collaboration where artists with different ideas, opinions and perspectives brought Bangalore’s walls to life.
For all of you who have just stumbled across this post or haven’t been following www.divyamaben.com and all my social media handles for a while, I’m 5’4 and have a very petite frame. I absolutely love being that way, but there are always times when you’d want to elongate your frame when you’re as petite as me.
I’ve been so preoccupied for the last month working on renovating our new place so apologies for the lack of posts. I am constantly reminding myself to update looks here and on all my social media handles too! It’s been incredibly hectic and stressful and will possibly go on till the end of the year.
